※ Even if you participate in an exchange program, you must complete your final semester (graduation semester) at Korea University.
※ Applicants must thoroughly review all announced information before applying.
※ Duplicate applications with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) exchange program are not allowed.

3. Important Dates

ⓑ Program Duration

One semester or up to one year (two semesters)

※ Applicants for a one-year program must clearly indicate “Applying for One Year” on the application form.

※ Even if you apply for one year, your placement may be limited to one semester depending on the partner university’s quota.

ⓓ Interview Schedule

Expected in August / February (exact dates to be announced)

ⓔ Announcement of Results

Within one week after the interview(results are provided before the OIA exchange program announcements)

4. Application Procedure

ⓐ Submission Method

Submit all documents to the exchange program coordinator at the College of Engineering via email:

※ If you do not receive a “submission received” reply, please resend your email.

ⓑ Required Documents

※ All documents must be combined into one PDF file. (File name format: 202X-1_ExchangeProgramApplication_Department_Name)

5. Additional Information

a. Even if selected by Korea University, final acceptance is determined by the partner university after their review.
b. Selected students must complete the online application through the partner university’s exchange system by the designated deadline (instructions will be provided by the partner university).
c. Final nominees must remain registered at Korea University during the exchange period.

- Tuition fees are paid only to Korea University.

- Students must personally cover dormitory fees, living expenses, airfare, insurance, etc.
