  * English: Below 2026-2 취득학점 포기제도 시행 안내   1. 신청대상 : 등록학기 7회 이상, 102학점[학사운영규정 제57조제2항이 정하는 대학(학부) 또는 학과(부)의 경우 106학점] 이상 취득한 재(휴)학생 (학사편입생은 4학년인 학생만 가능) : 복수전공을 이수 중인 학생, 수료생 및 졸업유예생은 신청 불가.   2. 포기학점 : 최대 6학점, 졸업 이전 1회만 신청 가능 (이번학기 3학점+다음학기 3학점 등 분할하여 신청 불가)   3. 포기가능 과목 : 학점 취득한 모든 교과목 (국내외 교류로 학점인정 받은 과목 포함, F성적 및 이수중인 과목 제외)   4. 신청기간: 11월 4일(수) 10:00 ~ 11월 25일(수) 17:00   5. 신청방법 : KUPID > 수업·성적 > 성적 > 취득학점포기신청에서 직접 포기과목 선택 후 신청 ※ 취득학점포기 승인은 접수기간 종료 후 단과대학별 일정에 따라 순차 처리됨, 종강 이전까지 처리되지 않았을 경우 소속 대학행정팀 또는 학사팀에 문의 (포털 전체성적조회 메뉴 활용) ※ 취득학점포기는 신청 후 취소 및 변경이 어려움, 신청 시 유의 ※ 필독) ‘신청’ 버튼 클릭 이후 신청 교과목 확인하여 하단 ‘제출’ 버튼 클릭 후 팝업메세지 확인 2회 필수! “제출되었습니다” 메시지가 출력되는지 확인 필수 (세부내역 별첨 매뉴얼 참고) 메시지가 출력되지 않은 경우 KUPID 취득학점포기 메뉴에 재접속하여 재신청 (*정상 접수된 경우, 메뉴에서 신청내역 확인 가능)   6. 주의사항 a. 교양필수, 전공필수, 교직필수 과목 등 교과과정상 필수과목은 포기 불가 ※ 필수 교과목을 포기신청한 경우 검토 과정에서 반려처리될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 취득학점 포기 추가 접수 및 변경은 불가함 b. 학점 포기한 과목은 취득학점에서 제외하되 증명서에 과목명을 그대로 표기하고 성적은 “W”로 표기한다. (즉, 성적표에서 교과목명은 삭제되지 않으며, 취득학점 및 평점만 삭제됨) c. 이번 학기 재수강 중인 과목은 학점포기할 수 없으며, 학점포기 승인된 과목은 재수강할 수 없음 d. 한 번 취득학점 포기신청 한 후에는 그 신청을 철회 또는 변경할 수 없음 e. 현장실습으로 취득한 학점은 포기 불가 f. 학석사연계과정으로 수강한 대학원 교과목 삭제 시 학석사연계과정 합격이 취소됨을 유의 g. 취득학점포기가 가능한 교과목이 포털에 표시되지 않을 경우 소속대학 행정팀으로 문의 h. 본 안내문 및 별첨 FAQ를 숙지한 후 취득학점포기 신청 요망. 오신청에 따른 변경 및 기한 도과 이후 추가 접수는 불허함     2026. 10. 교 무 처 장   2026-2 CREDIT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE   1. Eligibility a. KU student who has earned 102(106) or more credits and registered 7 or more regular semesters. b. Transfer student with a BA degree, should be classified as 4th year student. c. Students pursuing a dual degree, completed students, and students on graduation deferral is not eligible. 2. Key Points a. Maximum 6 credits can be applied. b. Credit withdrawal is allowed only once during the entire school years. c. Courses currently being taken or graded with an 'F' are excluded. d. Any requisite courses (general education core courses, major core courses, college of education courses, etc) can not apply for credit withdrawal. ※ Approval for credit withdrawal will be processed sequentially according to each department's schedule after the application period ends. If not processed by the end of the semester, contact your department's administrative office or the Academic Affairs Office. ※ Credit withdrawal applications are difficult to cancel or modify after submission. Please exercise caution when applying. e. On the academic transcript, “W” will be typed on the courses withdrawn instead of the original grades. (The course names on the transcript will not be deleted; only the earned credits and grades will be removed.) f. The credits for a course being retaken this semester cannot be withdrawn. Once a course has been withdrawn, it cannot be retaken. g. Once course withdrawal is submitted, it cannot be retracted. (Please make sure to check the graduation credit requirement before applying.) h.Courses that have been recognized through field practice cannot be withdrawn. i. Please note that if students delete the graduate courses taken as part of the Combined Bachelor Master Degree Program, admission to the master's degree program will be revoked. j. If the courses eligible for credit withdrawal are not displayed on the portal, please contact the administrative office of your department. 3. Course range : Courses in which credits have been acquired (including courses with graded recognition, excluding courses with grade F) 4. Application Period : November 4th (Wed) 10:00 – November 25th (Wed) 17:00 ※ Additional applications will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after the application period ends. 5.
