Job Description : 
? Deliver monthly ASR, trends and predictions based on regular input from discipline engineers and construction
? Executing cost trending/tracking and cost predictions
? Define committed funds, spending glide paths and provide accurate predictions of when additional funding is needed

Cost Management
? Provide data to secure project funding
? Establish and maintain the capital management, procurement and cost control procedures 
? Develop guidelines and implement a cost break down structure to track cost ? w/ Frucon
? Ensure that monthly cost trending and cost predictions are completed
? Review monthly ASR, trends and predictions based on regular input from discipline engineers and construction  
? Continuously seek for better ways to lower costs on the project
? Analyze and challenge cost proposals by contractors and vendors
? Institutionalize Change management systems (FIs, CMFs, ECNs, PCAs)
? Prepare for capitalization of the project

Scope Management
? Thoroughly understand the scope as it influences cost and prepare data for the project manager to drive team decision making
? Drive the Low Cost mentality within the Execution team

Schedule Management
? Understand schedule as it impacts cost
? Provide data to the team on any acceleration costs

Others 
? Ensure team alignment of the costs included in the trend
? Open, clear communications
? Regular updates to the team of the cost trends, and how it relates to scope on the project
